Rules of the “Vinni ziklit fämmali!” campaign in Solaris Shopping Centre
1. CAMPAIGN MANAGER
1.1. The manager of the “Vinni ziklit fämmali!” campaign (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer Campaign) is Solaris Keskus AS (hereinafter referred to as the Manager), Estonia pst. 9, Tallinn, Republic of Estonia, reg.code 10674030, phone 6155100, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, www.solaris.ee
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
2.1. The employees of Solaris Keskus AS and of the companies involved in holding the Consumer Campaign are not allowed to participate in the campaign.
3. TIME AND PLACE OF THE CAMPAIGN
3.1. The Consumer Campaign takes place from 1 June until 1 August 2015 in all shops, cinemas, and cafes/restaurants in Solaris Shopping Centre.
4. PRIZES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4.1. The prizes awarded within the Consumer Campaign are 5 sets of Trek bicycles and helmets.
The bicycles included in the set:
Bicycle for men – Trek 7.1FX (frame: FX Alpha Silver Aluminium; j rims: Bontrager AT-750 double-walled aluminium rims ; tires: Bontrager H2, 700x35c ; front derailleur: Shimano Tourney (3 speed); rear derailleur: Shimano Acera M360 (7 speed).
Bicycle for women – Trek 7.1FX (frame: Alpha Silver Aluminium ; front suspension: Dialed suspension, 45mm travel ; rims: aluminium hubs and and rims; tires: Bontrager XR1, 24″x1.85″ ; front derailleur: Shimano Tourney, 3 speed; rear derailleur: Shimano Tourney TX35, 7 speed).
Bicycle for children (4-6 y.o.) – Trek Mystic/Jet 16 (frame: 16” Dialed; rims: 16” 28-hole Aluminium; tires: Bontrager Dialed 16×1.75”)
Bicycle helmets Bontrager Solstice for a father, a mother, and a child.
The total value of the prizes is 7,289.25 € (with VAT).
4.2. Prize drawing takes place on 2 August 2015.
4.3. The Manager will get in touch with the winners for giving away the prizes within one week after prize drawing.
4.4. The names of the winners will be published on the homepage of Solaris Shopping Centre www.solaris.ee no later than within one week after prize drawing has taken place.
4.5. The prize winner will have to show a receipt to the Manager, which was registered in the campaign and won the prize.
4.6. The prize will be handed over to the winner or to his/her representative (on the basis of the power of attorney) after presenting identity document either in Solaris Shopping Centre or in some other place by agreement of the parties. The prize must be claimed by the winner latest by August 31st 2015.
4.7. The prizes given away after the end of the campaign shall not be substituted with prizes of any other kind, and the value of the prize shall not be paid to the winner in cash.
4.8. If the Manager fails to get in touch with the winner (except for the cases when he fails to do that through his own fault), the Manager shall not be held responsible for not handing the prize over to the participant.
5. PRIZE DRAWING
5.1. Every Sunday within the campaign period (except for the last week of the campaign, when it is going to take place on Saturday) at 3:00 pm the participants of the final prize drawing will be selected. In the final prize drawing, there will be 32 participants altogether, five of which will be selected in the end of the first campaign week, seven participants will be selected in the end of three consecutive weeks, and six participants will be selected in the end of the last week.
5.2. All coupons dropped into the raffle-off box on the first floor of Solaris Shopping Centre by 3:00 pm of the raffle-off day will take part in the raffle held for choosing the participants for the final prize drawing.
5.3. The Manager will get in touch with the participants of the final prize drawing by e-mail or phone, and their names will be published on the homepage of Solaris Shopping Centre www.solaris.ee on the day following the prize drawing.
5.4. The final prize drawing takes place on 2 August 2015 in the atrium of Solaris Shopping Centre.
5.5. The participants of the final prize drawing have to be present at the prize drawing in person and have a receipt on them. The representatives of the participants of the final prize drawing can substitute the participants on the basis of the power of attorney of an identity document. If the winner (or his/her authorized representative) is not present at the final prize drawing, or if he/she does not have a receipt on him/her, the new winner is selected.
6.1. In order to participate in the Consumer Campaign, one should make a purchase with the value of at least 12 EUR in any shop, cinema, cafe/restaurant in Solaris Shopping Centre within the period from 1 July until 1 August 2015. The buyer will get a receipt from the seller. The buyer must fill in the coupon and drop it into a raffle-off box on the first floor of Solaris Shopping Centre near the information desk. For every 12 EUR purchase, a buyer gets one coupon.
6.2. In order to prove that you have made a purchase and participate in the campaign, keep the receipt!
7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
7.1. The prizes given away after the end of the campaign shall not be substituted with prizes of any other kind, and the value of the prize shall not be paid to the winner in cash.
7.2. The Consumer Campaign Manager has the right to ask the winner to show him the receipt in order to check its authenticity.
7.3. The Manager shall use the data provided by the participants in the campaign only for the purposes of the database of Solaris Club and for forwarding the information about the club (see Solaris Clun rules www.solaris.ee). The data shall not be used for any other purposes or forwarded to third parties, organisations, etc.
7.4. All of the decisions made by the Manager while holding a campaign are final and binding for all of the participants.
7.5. In the event of force majeure circumstances, the Manager has a unilateral right to stop the campaign and not to give away the prize and/or not to hand it over to the winner, informing the public about it immediately via mass media.
7.6. All of the disputes arising from the campaign shall be resolved pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
